    Job Role : Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst
    Location : Crownsville, MD, United States
    Experience : At least Twelve (12) years of Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst
    Education : Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Finance/ Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    Pay : $8,7256.00 - $92,500.00 Per Year

Job Responsibilities
    Extensive experience in implementing, testing and Supporting Oracle Financial Modules including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA and Pay process (P2P).
    Excellent knowledge of best practices and an understanding of industry trends and difficulties in Implementing Oracle Fusion Application & Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
    Superior attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Provides consistent and innovative solution leadership to a project team.
    Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring highly performant, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints.
    Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen
    Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.
    Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
    Experience in Solution Design; Preparing specification documentation; Designing process workflow; Identifying and resolving Gaps; Providing functional inputs for specifications, business process, and Post implementation Support.
    Proficient in the concepts of Multi-Org, Global Consolidation System, Multiple Reporting Currencies and Flex field setups.
    Strong knowledge in GL balances conversion using translation and revaluation process for final balances in reporting currency.
    Expertise in reconciliation of Sub-ledger modules with module.
    System administration skills include defining request groups, responsibilities, users, assigning responsibilities to user setup of profile options and maintaining concurrent programs.
    Experienced in Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounting Setup Manager, Multi Org Access Control (MOAC).
    Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
    Proficiency in building and giving presentations to business partners
    Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills, including ability to function proactively by anticipating priorities and requirements of team stakeholders.
    Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations; must be extremely flexible and have a strong aptitude to manage competing priorities and ensure critical follow-up of initiatives
    Proficient in the use of desktop tools and software for presentations, consolidation of data and process mapping, e.g., MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

    10-12 years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of functional consulting experience and 7 Years of Technical consulting experience.
  • Business process experience in the following areas:
    • Cloud/e-Business Suite (EBS): 5-10 years/solid across General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, and Cash Management
      Ability to lead enterprise structure and chart of accounts design workshops.
    Building customized Oracle Reports in OTBI & BI Publisher
    Rich functional and industry knowledge to diagnose complex client issues and developing appropriate recommendations
    Qualified with enterprise architecture thinking, and advisory & consulting mindset.

Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Finance/ Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
